Amit Agarwal, DOB 21/09/1975, graduated from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai, in 1997. After graduation, he joined his family business “Singhal Group” involved in Stainless Steel Trading & Distribution of M/S Jindal Stainless Ltd. He handled the Gujarat Operations and increased the Sales Network there from 1,500 Metric Tons per month to 5,000 Metric Tons per month within a span of 2 years. Singhal Group today is the most Premium Distributor for Jindal, selling approx. 10,000 Metric Tons of Stainless Steel per month, having offices in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Jodhpur & Kolkata.
In 2004, he moved back to Mumbai & ventured into the Construction business and successfully developed two Commercial Buildings in the heart of Mumbai. Both buildings were ranked among the Top 5 Commercial Buildings in Mumbai for 3 consecutive years.
In 2010, he signed an agreement with Ferrostaal AG of Germany and formed a company called S&J Granulate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to begin a Rubber Recycling factory at Vapi, Gujarat with state-of- art machinery imported from Denmark. Production began in July 2012. The company has reached turnover of 70.00 Crores in 2015-16.

Kunal Jiwarajka, DOB 27/2/1984, graduated with High Honors in Industrial Engineering at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley in 2006. After graduating in 2006, he worked with Bain & Co, one of the world’s leading management consulting companies, at their San Francisco office for a year. As an Associate Consultant, he was part of several projects dealing in different segments such as IT, Retail, Private Equity etc.
In 2007, he joined his family business, and has worked in all of our group companies for a period of time. Currently, he is looking closely into the affairs of JSK Marketing, and played a key role in roping in brands such as Canon, Olympus, Tamron, and Sanyo to leverage our distribution network. He has also brought in Amazon.in as a key partner, for whom JSK is a "Platinum Seller", and is bringing He has overseen the expansion of the company from 6 offices to 22, and implemented key back-office initiatives such as professional HR, ERP systems, etc.
In 2010, he signed an agreement with Ferrostaal AG of Germany to begin a rubber reclaim factory at Vapi, Gujarat, with state-of-the art machinery to be imported from Denmark. Production began in June 2012 and the company has reached a turnover of Rs 30 crores in 2013-14.
